The construction phase was filled with memorable moments, but one stood out—installing a pool in the vast empty space behind the house. Watching the pool being lifted over the house was a sight to behold! It was a thrilling and unforgettable experience, and we couldn't have been more excited to see the backyard come to life. Custom Features and Design Considerations
Muriel and Duncan’s home was a true labor of love. Every feature was carefully considered, from the custom-built cabinetry to the landscaping. Christo worked side by side with the clients to ensure that even the smallest details, like shelves and doors, were perfect. The house has two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright and airy study, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor entertainment area—complete with the star of the show, the pool.
Coastal Considerations
Building in Cabarita came with its own set of unique challenges, particularly when it came to environmental factors. But with a mix of innovation and practicality, we crafted a home that was not only beautiful but built to last—a perfect fit for its coastal surroundings.
