The Challenge
Building close to the coast meant carefully considering rising sea levels and local flood regulations. COVID border closures and material supply disruptions posed a significant risk to the timeline.
The Solution
Muskens paired Ben and Marie with a draftsman aligned to the project's quality standards, then implemented MuskensScope™ to lock scope and start construction inside 14 days. Local supplier relationships kept substitute materials flowing when supply chains stalled.
The Process
Ongoing communication kept the family informed without overwhelming them, with attention to detail across four bathrooms, three bedrooms, study, kids' room, lounge, custom-built wall features, benches and a specially designed kitchen.
The Outcome
A resilient beachside home delivered on schedule despite unforeseen challenges - a story of dreams realised and challenges overcome.
