Cabarita

A stunning coastal home renovation managed end-to-end while the clients lived interstate - a thoughtfully designed weekend escape blending relaxation and entertaining.

Cabarita - The Challenge

The Challenge

The clients lived interstate for the duration of the build and needed complete confidence that the project was progressing correctly without them on site. The coastal environment added its own constraints - salt, wind and site access.

The Solution

Muskens implemented its signature MuskensScope™, then coordinated every trade and selection through BuilderTrend so Muriel and Duncan could see daily progress from another state.

Cabarita - The Solution
Cabarita - The Process

The Process

From architect referral through to handover, the team ran a tightly scheduled build featuring custom cabinetry, landscaping, and - the star of the show - a pool lifted over the house into the backyard.

The Outcome

A two-bedroom coastal home with a bright open-plan living space, outdoor entertaining area and pool. Delivered on realistic timeline and budget, exactly as agreed.

Our architect referred us to a few builders for our big renovation project. We selected Muskens Building Co as they gave us a professional and detailed estimate of the project, and had a great track record. The team were fantastic to work with, reliable, great communication, a realistic time-line and budget. On a daily basis we were updated on the progress of the project through the Buildertrend app. This was important for us as we were living out of town.
