Design and costing.
If you have plans, we review them for buildability and cost. If you don't, we help develop them. Design, scope and budget are worked through together, giving you a clear picture of cost before you commit to construction.
Approvals and contract.
We coordinate council approvals and the reports your site needs, then confirm the contract, price and schedule.
Construction.
Our own team of carpenters runs the site alongside local trades and suppliers, with Christo involved through to handover. We keep you updated and work through decisions with you as the build progresses.
Handover.
We walk you through your finished home and look after any items that come up after you move in.
