What design and construct means
Design and construct means one team is responsible for your project from the first conversation to handover. Rather than finishing a design first and then looking for a builder to price it, the design, scope and budget are worked through together from the start.
One of the most common problems we see is a design that's been taken too far before anyone has looked at what it will cost to build, or whether it suits the site. That can mean redesigns, delays and a project that no longer fits the budget. Getting the builder involved early helps avoid that.
